We will always ensure that your privacy is protected. Should we ask you to provide certain information by which you can be identified when using Assured School of Motoring, you can be assured that it will only be used in accordance with this privacy statement.

Now and again our privacy policy may change with recent updates. Please check this page when possible to make sure you are happy with its contents. This policy is effective from 13th March 2023.

 • Any driving convictions or other important information which may affect your ability or suitability to drive.

This information is used so that we can provide the best possible service and cater your driving lessons to your individual needs. Details are also used for the following:

 • We may use the information to improve our products and service.

 • Internal logging: we like to keep your details on file so if you ever need to call us, we know who you are and who you’re driving with so we can           help you quicker.

 • From time to time, you may receive emails about our latest products or deals and offers that might be beneficial to you.

 • You may receive phone calls, SMS or emails for market research purposes. You may receive courtesy calls if you are an Assured School of                 Motoring pupil, or client to check if you are happy with our services. If you receive this communication and would rather not receive it any more,     please let us know.

 • Analyse data for our own use based on location, age, driving test attempts etc.

We are committed to ensuring that your information is secure. To prevent unauthorised access, we have efficient procedures in place to protect the information we collect online.
